Cujas

Helen L. Powell Cujas, 80, of North Sewickley Township, passed away on Friday afternoon, Feb. 11, 2022, while under the care of UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Township.

Born Jan. 1, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Luella M. Powell.

She had attended Victory Church in Cranberry Township.

Helen enjoyed taking care of children.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John J. Cujas, who passed away on Jan. 19, 2022; and an infant son.

Helen is survived by one daughter, Beverly Makray of New Sewickley Township; one son, Aaron Cujas of Mercer; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

CUJAS — A memorial service for Helen L. Powell Cujas, who died Friday, Feb. 11, 2022, is being planned for her and her husband and will be held in the spring.

Arrangements are under the direction of A. CARL KINSEY-RONALD N. VOLZ FUNERAL HOME, 114 W. Spring St., Zelienople.
