Marilou Michaels, 71, of Butler went to be with Jesus on Friday.

She was born on July 12, 1947, to William and Catherine Gurner.

She was a graduate of Butler Senior High School.

Marilou was employed at Kmart in Butler and retired many years ago.

She loved going to Bingo, watching her soap opera, “Days of our Lives,” loved game shows and her all time favorite thing to do was to go to Walmart four days a week.

Marilou had many close family friends who she loved dearly. They all know who they are.

Marilou loved her cat Zoey; and her granddogs, Cooper, Piper and Riley.

She will be greatly missed by her friends and family.

Marilou is survived by her husband, Gerald Michaels; her daughters, Lori and Linda Michaels; her granddaughter, Brittany Michaels; and her sister, Anna Marie Hansel.
