SLIPPERY ROCK TWP — Oakview Golf Club will host the Tiny Davis Memorial Golf Outing Aug. 4.

The event will benefit the Slippery Rock Volunteer Fire Company and Rescue Team.

A four-player scramble format will be used with a fee of $300 per team.

Included will be 18 holes of golf, carts, snacks and catered dinner. Registration begins at noon with a shotgun start at 1 p.m.

Registration deadline is Friday.

JACKSON TWP — The Seneca Valley Girls Volleyball Boosters will be sponsoring a volleyball camp for boys entering grades 5-9 July 31 through Aug. 2.

The camp will run from 9 a.m. to noon in the Seneca Valley Middle School Multi-Purpose Room. It will be run by Seneca Valley High School coaches and players.

SARVER — The Saxonburg Sportsman Club will hold an open shoot for precision rifle, rimfire and pistol, all steel targets, at 10 a.m. Saturday.

Fee is $20 to shoot all events unlimited, lunch included. No membership is needed.
