Blue Ivy wins for Bercury family

WASHINGTON, Pa. — Blue Ivy, trained by Bill Bercury and owned by Renee Bercury, both of Slippery Rock, captured the $17,900 Filly & Mare Open Handicap Pace during harness racing action Tuesday at The Meadows.

Blue Ivy, a 4-year-old filly, now boasts a career bankroll of $281,310.

Slippery Rock resident Brady Brown drove Heston Ross — trained by Nathan Bresnahan of Butler — to victory in a $5,400 Conditioned Claiming Pace.
