Lana Turner

Lana Yvonne (Hawk) Turner, 80, of Butler, went home to be with the Lord on Aug. 28, 2021, at Butler Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.

Lana was born on Aug. 23, 1941, and was the daughter of the late Herman and Pauline (Stewart) Hawk at Rimersburg, Clarion County.

She graduated from Butler High School in 1959.

Lana married Paul R. “Dick” Turner on Nov. 16, 1963.

She was a homemaker and also worked at a number of local businesses.

Lana was a faithful member of the Zelienople Church of Christ.

She is survived by her husband, Dick; two sons, Todd (Katrina) and Stephen (Debbie); as well as four beloved grandchildren, Abbey, Ethan, Savana and Mikayla Turner.

Lana was preceded in death by her brother, Dean Hawk.

TURNER — A private service for Lana Yvonne (Hawk) Turner, who died Saturday, Aug. 28, 2021, will be held at the Chapel of Devotion at Butler County Memorial Park followed by interment.

Arrangements were entrusted to Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.
