Venza Whitlatch

Venza Marie Whitlatch, 78, of Clintonville, passed away Monday, June 14, 2021, at her home.

She was born May 13, 1943, in Ellwood City, and was the daughter of the late William James and Josephine Irene (Yanssens) Noblit.

Venza was a member of Springdale Lutheran Church.

She enjoyed camping, picnics, crocheting and, most of all, gardening flowers.

Surviving are her son, William Ross Whitlatch of Kennerdell; two daughters, Debra Jo Hogan of Boyers and Susan Renee Holton of Emlenton; five grandchildren, William Ross Whitlatch IV, Tyler James Whitlatch, Robert Mitchell Whitlatch, James William Holton Jr. and Amber Rose Holton; three great-grandchildren, Waylon Reed Whitlatch, Ryder Mitchell Whitlatch and Robert Mitchell Whitlatch Jr.; a brother, Mike Noblit of Grove City; and a sister, Geraldine Duncan of North Huntingdon.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, William L. Noblit and James E. Noblit; and a son-in-law, James William Holton Sr.

WHITLATCH — Friends of Venza Marie Whitlatch, who died Monday, June 14, 2021, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at William F. Young Funeral Home, 132 Main St., West Sunbury.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Private burial will be in the West Sunbury Union Cemetery.
