Paul G. Haughey

Paul G. Haughey, 57, of Butler, passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at his residence.

Born June 21, 1963, in Butler, he was a son of Greg Haughey and the late Dolores (Zavacky) Haughey.

Paul was a 1981 graduate of Butler High School.

After graduation, he continued on to Allegheny College, and finished his education at the Pittsburgh University School of Law, where he earned his law degree.

Paul was a member of St. Conrad Roman Catholic Church in Butler, and a board member for the Butler Little Theatre.

Paul encouraged COVID-19 recommendations through his public service announcements.

Surviving are his father, Greg Haughey of Butler; his siblings, Mary (James) Miller of Butler, Joanne Bevan of Erie, Barbara (Michael) Mahoney of Roswell, Ga., and John (Janine) Haughey and James (Lori) Haughey, both of Butler; 10 nieces and nephews; and a great-nephew.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents.

HAUGHEY — Friends of Paul G. Haughey, who died Tuesday, May 4, 2021, will gather from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Conrad Roman Catholic Church, 125 Buttercup Road, Butler.
