Getting Back in the Classroom: South Butler County School District

Education plan: Students will return to school five days per week in the fall.

Knoch High School: 746 students in grades nine through 12

Knoch Middle School: 494 students in grades six to eight

South Butler Intermediate Elementary School: 317 students in grades four and five

South Butler Primary School: 463 students in kindergarten through grade three

Breakfast: $1.60 districtwide

Lunch: Elementary, $2.30; middle and high school $2.60. No increase

Activity fees: Middle and high school students pay $50 per sport with a family cap of $150 and $25 per club with a family cap of $75. No increase

Student parking: $100, no increase

Program changes: Introduction of Edgenuity and Odysseyware programs to offset disruptions should the district close again in a situation like the coronavirus pandemic
