Leonard “Len” K. Kellerman

Leonard “Len” K. Kellerman

Leonard “Len” K. Kellerman, 73, of Eau Claire passed away at home on Wednesday.

Born June 1, 1944, in Clintonville, Len was the son of the late Raymond “Ray” A. and Helen Hovis Kellerman.

Len graduated from Victory Joint School and retired from PPG Industries in Pittsburgh as a manager after 32 years of service. Len attended the West Unity Community Church.

He was married to Barbara Snyder on Oct. 10, 1964, and she survives.

Len enjoyed his home and spending time on his porch swing watching the birds. He spent time in the woods, shooting, hunting and enjoying nature.

One of Len’s favorite times each year was the whitetail deer season. His sons would bring friends from the South. There was a lot of eating, storytelling and, every now and then, a deer being killed.

Len loved to travel. He especially loved the Northwest. On his last trip, he spent time in Colorado, Montana and Wyoming. Len has spent time in each of the 50 United States and Canada.

Len also loved meeting friends and eating out. Len attended a regular breakfast each Tuesday morning with friends at The Plaza Truck Stop. Len loved to steal the meal ticket from any one. Len was a member of the Parker City — Allegheny Valley Lodge #521 F&AM.

Loved ones left to cherish his memory are his wife Barbara of Eau Claire; his children Raymond “Ray” L. (Leah) Kellerman of Florida and Stacy (Brenda) Kellerman of Georgia; his grandchildren, Felicia Kellerman of Georgia and Taylor and Parker Kellerman of Florida; his brothers and sisters, William (Peg) Kellerman of Tennessee, Ronald (Myrna) Kellerman of Emlenton, Connie Thompson of Harrisville, Daryl (Barb) Kellerman of Kennerdell and Beverly (Byron) Beal of Oklahoma; and many nieces and nephews.

Leonard was preceded in death by his parents Raymond “Ray” A. and Helen Hovis Kellerman; and his brother, Robert “Bob” Kellerman.
