Rita C. (Tomko) Marino, 92, formerly of Valencia, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022, at St. Barnabas Nursing Home in Richland Township.

Born Jan. 14, 1930, in Braddock, she was the daughter of the late Andrew D. and Anna F. (Vasko) Tomko.

She was a graduate of St. Thomas High School in Braddock.

She was employed at Mine Safety Appliances for many years.

Rita and Ralph lived in Swissvale, until moving to Valencia in Middlesex Township.

She is survived by her siblings, Mary Tomko Smith, Monica (Donald) Mazik, David A. Tomko, Terrie Mourningdove, Andrew L. (Eileen) Tomko and Kathleen Tomko; and many loving nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph A. Marino; and her brother, Daniel T. Tomko.

MARINO — The family of Rita C. (Tomko) Marino, who died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022, will welcome friends from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at KING FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 2841 Woodland Circle, Allison Park.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday at Holy Sepulcher Church, 1304 E. Cruikshank Road, Butler. Please meet at the church.

She will be laid to rest at Assumption Cemetery in Glenshaw.
