Carol Olexsak
Carol A. Olexsak, 70, of Butler, passed away, Friday, Feb. 4, 2022, at her home.
Born Sept. 13, 1951, in Vandergrift, Pa., she was a daughter Casimer Wenskowski and Caroline (Hoffman) Wenskowski.
Carol had worked as a private duty nurse for Interim Health Care in Pittsburgh.
She was a member of All Saints Parish, St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler, and had enjoyed camping, listening to music, traveling, bicycling, putting together jigsaw puzzles, being with family and watching movies.
Surviving is her husband, Richard L. Olexsak, whom she married Jan. 27, 1973.
She is also survived by her daughter, Christine (Jeff) Olson of Baden; three grandchildren, Dustin Wagner, Kasey Wagner and Addison Olson; her siblings, Rachel Crofutt of Plum, Richard Wenskowski of Vandergrift, and Casimer (Don Graham) Wenskowski Jr. of Penn Hills; her two nieces, Erica (Cody) Blake, and their children Allison, Colton and Cullen, and Justina (Seth) Nelson; one nephew, Philp Olexsak; and two brothers-in-law, Frank Olexsak and Dave (Karen) Olexsak.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Wenskowski; and her nephew, Ricky Wenskowski.
OLEXSAK — Private services for Carol A. Olexsak, who died Friday, Feb. 4, 2022, were held for her family.
Arrangements were handled by GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.
