Jacqueline Wade, 85, of Butler went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, Aug. 29, 2021.

She was born Jan. 21, 1936, in Coshocton, Ohio, and was the daughter of the late John Johnson and Wanda (Miller) Smith.

Jacqueline enjoyed word searches, Scrabble, flowers, gardening and shopping.

She loved her family and the Lord dearly. Jacqueline got immeasurable joy from her grandchildren, family and friends. She looked at every day as a gift.

Jacqueline was the beloved wife of the late George Wade, whom she married on June 7, 1952.

She was the mother of Carol (William) Salsgiver, Terri (Bill) Vollmer, Pamela (Robert) Walters and George (Milton Wallace) Wade; and the sister of Bonnie Shernock and Marla (Jim) Lash.

Jacqueline is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; and her daughters-in-law, Deb Wade and Debbie Campbell Wade.

In addition to her husband, was preceded in death by her sons, John and Kevin Wade; and her grandson, Bobby Lee Vollmer.

WADE — A celebration of life for Jacqueline Wade, who died Sunday, Aug. 29, 2021, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021, at Grace Baptist Church of Kittanning, 527 Butler Road, Kittanning.

Burial was held privately and arrangements are under the direction of SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Baptist Church of Kittanning.
