A man riding a UTV was transported to Allegheny General Hospital with serious injuries Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 14, after crashing the vehicle, which landed on top of him, according to Butler County Emergency Services dispatch recordings.

Crews were called at 3 p.m. to the intersection of Euclid and Dingel roads in Clay Township for the crash. Dispatch reported that the rider was out from under the UTV but was bleeding from several places, according to dispatch recordings. A tourniquet was applied to his ankle.

Butler Ambulance Service transported the man to the hospital.
