George L. Snyder, 92, of Butler, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026.

He was born in Evans City on Jan. 26, 1934, the son of the late Charles Snyder and Edna (Marshall) King.

George was a longtime member of the Corry Central Labor Club. In his free time, he loved to go hunting and fishing.

George was the beloved husband of the late Edith (McKnight) Snyder, whom he married March 19, 1958. He is survived by his eight children and the rest of his loving family.
