In loving memory of our beloved son and brother, William “Kash” Meals.

13 years ago today, the sword of grief pierced through my heart, and my sweet Boy Kash was gone in a flash and ascended to heaven.

13 years we had Charlie, our German Sheperd given to Hoss, when he had his great loss, you Kash.

He was our new guardian setting your spirits free.

Thankful, now with thee.

A twilight’s glow of the things we know.

A shadow’s kiss, I can’t miss.

A love that binds, like this.

In whatever form,

Will help us weather the storm.
