Patricia and Andrew Potyka in 1956

Andrew Potyka and Patricia Potyka, of Butler, will celebrate 70 years of marriage on Sept. 16 with a family dinner.

Potyka married the former Patricia Ordy on Sept. 16, 1956, at St. Andrew’s Orthodox Church in Butler.

They have four of children, Deborah Condon, of New Jersey; Tamara Varva, of Butler; Victoria Ewing, of Butler; and the late Andrew J. Potyka.

The Potykas also have five grandchildren.

Mr. Andrew Potyka is retired from Armco.

Mrs. Patricia Potyka is retired.

The Potykas are members of St. Andrew’s Orthodox Church.
