Butler Catholic names new principal
Students will see a familiar person leading Butler Catholic School when classes begin.
The school recently announced that Elizabeth Baptiste, a teacher who has worked at the school for 17 years, has been named principal. In a social media post by the school, Baptiste introduced herself to parents and students who know her and those she hasn’t met yet.
“As principal, I want you to know that my door will be open. I believe strong schools are built through relationships, communication, collaboration and trust. There will be much for us to accomplish together and I look forward to listening to you, learning from you, celebrating with you and working alongside you as we begin this next chapter,” Baptiste wrote in the post.
