Lernerville Speedway championships: AJ Flick wins 7th straight Sprint title to headline final night
A.J. Flick’s dynastic run at Lernerville Speedway was not slowed down Friday night.
The veteran racer won his seventh straight and 10th total 410 Sprint Car championship at the track, winning the final Fab4 race of the season on championship night to clinch yet another title.
Flick was joined as season champion by Ken Schaltenbrand (Super Late Models), Rex King Jr. (Big Block Modifieds) and Jacob Dietz (Pro Stocks).
For Schaltenbrand, who beat Levi Yetter by three points, it’s his third track championship after finishing 10th in the final race. King finished fourth in the Modifieds main event to claim his fourth track championship, and Dietz’ third-place finish Friday earned in the crown.
Main event winners Friday were Flick, Drake Troutmant (Late Models), Ayden Cipriano (Modifieds) and Tyler Dietz (Pro Stocks).
