Clyde Headley

Headley

Clyde Headley, 72, of Renfrew, passed away Thursday, Aug. 13, 2026.

Born April 28, 1954, in Westmoreland County, he was the son of the late Robert Headley Sr. and Patricia Glaister.

Clyde graduated from Kiski Area High School and received a certificate in prosthetics/orthotics. He was employed as a laborer and production worker.

Clyde was known for being a loving husband, father and grandfather. He could always make you laugh or smile with his “one liners” and would light up a room with a story from “back then.” Clyde was a classic car enthusiast, collector of Coleman lanterns and sports memorabilia and was a Steelers and Pirates fan. He enjoyed playing bingo, going to flea markets, camping, hunting and fishing. Clyde had an endless love for bassett hounds, especially his hounds Mac and Betsy.

Clyde was the beloved husband of Jean Rivers, whom he married July 16, 1988; father of Nicholas Headley, Kaitlyn (Joseph) Duncan and Lucy (Garrett) Hans; and grandfather of Nora, Quinn, Mina, Clare, Olivia, Johnathon, Emma, Charlotte, Jackson and Silas.

Along with his parents, Clyde was preceded in death by his siblings, Martin and Robert Jr. Headley.
