Pennsylvania AG sues TikTok

Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday filed a lawsuit against social media giant TikTok over alleged failures to shield children from age-inappropriate material and over-usage of the app.
Sunday’s office “seeks honesty from TikTok in how its platform appears in app stores, and demands the company take steps to protect child users from becoming addicted to the app,” according to a news release.
The lawsuit was filed in Allegheny County.
