Candace ‘Candy’ Boltz
Candace E. “Candy” Boltz, 78, of Butler, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2026, at Butler Memorial Hospital.
She was born March 3, 1948, daughter of the late Freeman C. Huselton and Delphine M. (Cuffman) Huselton.
Candy graduated from Butler High School. For over 30 years, she worked at J.C. Penney as office supervisor. She was a lifetime member of South Butler Volunteer Fire Department.
She enjoyed visiting casinos, jigsaw puzzles in the winter and camping and spending time in the river.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald P. Boltz; stepsons, Randall Boltz and Edward Boltz; stepdaughter, Teresa Fiscus; grandchildren, Zachary, Lettie, Lorie and Lexi; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, John “Fred” Huselton; and sisters, Irene Willison and Mary Fair.
BOLTZ — A visitation for Candace E. “Candy” Boltz, who died Thursday, July 23, 2026, will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, at THOMPSON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 124 E. North St., Butler.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 30, at the funeral home.
Entombment will be held at Butler County Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Red Cross at redcross.org.
