Butler Township to begin milling, paving July 20
Butler Township will begin its annual road paving projects on Monday, July 20, with milling of several roads.
According to Dave Meeder, director of public works for the township, Wiest Asphalt will start milling roads with Carl, Dewey, Harrison and Wilkes avenues on Monday. The following week, Swank Construction will be milling other roads involved in the project.
The township previously announced that portions of Wyncrest, Mary Beth, Blue Grass, White Oak, Aspen, Oakridge, Fairlane and Foxcroft drives; Old Eberhart and Thornwood roads and Alton and Pacific streets are also set to receive new asphalt.
Meeder said paving will take place following the milling.
