Scholarships awarded to two Butler high school seniors
Two recent Butler Senior High School Graduates were named recipients of the 2026 Rosanne and Jane Cavalero Scholarships.
Emily Cornish will receive $6,737. Emily is the daughter of Nicole and David Cornish, of Butler. She will be studying biological sciences at Carnegie Mellon University.
Maxwell Davis also will receive $6,737. Maxwell is the son of Carrie Morgan-Davis and Richard Davis, of Butler. He will be studying mechanical engineering at The Pennsylvania State University.
The Rosanne and Jane Cavalero Scholarships are distributed through the Pittsburgh Foundation. The funds provide scholarships in equal shares to the female and male graduates from Butler High School having the highest cumulative grade-point average who pursue post-secondary education.
