Saxonburg pet parade results announced
With 51 entries in the Saxonburg pet parade, the competition was tight. However, a few pets stood above the rest and earned honors.
The best group award went to J&J Farms, whose animals worked together to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary.
A snake, with an owner listed as Makenna, won the most exotic animal award, while the Speer family’s potbelly pig, won the favorite farm animal award.
The best feline title was won by a cat with Katie Cat Rescue, and the best canine award went to a dog owned by Tim and Sharon.
Finally, the McKeever family’s pet rabbit won best in show.
