The Wonders of Nature on Postcards, from the collection of Laurel Patterson, is on display in the second-floor showcase at Butler Area Public Library through July.

The display features postcards of landscapes, waterfalls, plants and animals of more than 20 countries.

Patterson, a retiree residing in Butler, has accumulated more than 1,900 postcards from personal correspondence, collections gifted to her, participation in a worldwide postcarding group and trips to flea markets and antiques shops.
