Armco Credit Union awarded $1000 scholarships to 20 senior high school students from Butler County and surrounding areas.

Students attending colleges or vocational schools were eligible for the scholarships.

The 15 Butler County recipients and their schools are Riley Carrel, Mars Area High; Alyssa Cornell, Butler Area Senior High; Anna Crawford, Karns City Jr/Sr High; Hanna Dailey, Karns City Jr/Sr High; Olivia Flanigan, Butler Area Senior High; Ava Girdwood, Mars Area High; Allison Godot, Knoch High; Kaden Kozik; Butler Area Senior High; Grace McCarty, Mars Area High; Bayliee Payne, Butler Area Senior High; Leah Radwanski, Butler Area Senior High; Autumn Sitler, Trinity High School; Laini Spohn, Butler Area Senior High; Braylynn Thompson, Karns City Jr/Sr High; and Addyson Traggiai, Butler Area Senior High.

The five others outside of the county are Andrew Balint, Deer Lakes High; Lila Fox, Lincoln High; Bailee McCray, Corry Area High; Sydney Mineo, Corry Area High; and Kamdyn Moon, Corry Area High.

Armco Credit Union has awarded $150,000 in scholarships over nine years.
