Ronald and Jean Kratzer

Ronald and Jean Kratzer, of Saxonburg, will celebrate 70 years of marriage May 20, with a family dinner at Villa Restaurant.

Kratzer married the former Jean Rowland on May 19, 1956, in Winchester, Va.

They have two children, Pamela (Niven) Bayer, of Saxonburg, and Gretchen (Thomas) Hill, of Butler.

The Kratzers also have two grandchildren.

Kratzer is retired from the Pennsylvania State Police, and a member of the Fraternal Order of Police.

Mrs. Kratzer is a homemaker.

The Kratzers are members of First United Methodist Church.
