Three Mars Area School District student-athletes will represent Team Pennsylvania at the sixth annual Future Stars Invitational, taking place in August at ADK Bank Center & Nexus Center in Utica, N.Y.

The students are seventh-grader Sawyer Hertzog, a defenseman for Team Pittsburgh Ball Hockey’s U13 Team, as well as fifth-grader Reed Kolaczynski and fourth-grader Koen Hertzog, who are members of the Cranberry Screaming Eagles U11 Team.

The Future Stars Invitational brings together teams from Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Canada.
