1 Knoch student taken to hospital as a ‘precaution’ after van strikes deer
One student was taken to the hospital as a precaution on Monday morning, Oct. 27, after a school van carrying secondary students from Knoch School District struck a deer.
Superintendent David Foley said the student had bumped their head in the crash, prompting a precautionary visit to the hospital.
The crash was reported just after 7:10 a.m. along Reamer Road near Creek Road.
The other students aboard the van were able to continue on their way to school, he said. No other injuries were reported.
