The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Sept. 20 — Robert William Mervicker, 55, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest following a Sept. 19 incident. Police said Mervicker refused to place his hands behind his back and was shot with two Taser cartridges to no effect.

Sept. 20 — Brian James Vlassich, 45, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a Sept. 20 incident. Police said Vlassich threw a trash can at a man, swung a fist at police, was slamming a door and refused to put his hands behind his back.

Sept. 21 — Anthony Charles Tatsch, 39, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Sept. 21 incident. Police said Tatsch punched a woman in the back of the head.

Sept. 23 — Christopher N. Hallstrom, 51, of Vandergrift, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a Sept. 23 incident. Police said Hallstrom was uncooperative with officers after being asked to leave the premises.

Sept. 23 — Taylor Lynn Wilcox, 30, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Sept. 22 incident. Police said Wilcox punched a man in the face with a closed fist.

Sept. 23 — Alicia Nicole Groghan, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Sept. 22 incident. Police said Groghan punched a man in the face six to eight times.

Sept. 25 — Savannah Kaye Rogers, 19, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Sept. 24 incident. Police said Rogers struck and scratched a man on his forearms and shoulders.

Sept. 22 — Claude Theodore Taylor Jr., 69, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 21 traffic stop. Police said Taylor tested positive for cocaine.

Sept. 22 — Surenu Erika Frank, 40, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 31 traffic stop. Police said Frank tested positive for THC and had a Ziploc bag of marijuana and 11 THC vape pen boxes.

Sept. 22 — Troy Douglas Moore, 62, of Eau Claire, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Sept. 20 incident. Police said Moore shoved a woman and threw her onto a bench.

Sept. 23 — Mark Daniel Bochicchio, 48, of Beaver Falls, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 31 DUI checkpoint. Police said Bochicchio tested positive for fentanyl.

Sept. 23 — Alexander Jeff Christie, 21, of Petrolia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 27 traffic stop in Concord Township. Police said Christie showed signs of impairment.

Sept. 23 — Keith R. Garland, 63, of West Sunbury, was charged with felony transfer of firearms and misdemeanor statement under penalty following a March 9 incident in Center Township. Police said Garland falsified a firearms application.

Sept. 23 — Brett Wayne Rouda, 22, of Renfrew, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 13 DUI checkpoint in Center Township. Police said Rouda had a blood alcohol content of 0.183%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Sept. 23 — Holly Christine Spiece-Doerr, 49, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft following a Sept. 19 incident in Center Township. Police said Spiece-Doerr stole $92 from Giant Eagle using someone else’s rewards.
