The VA Butler Healthcare said it is hosting an in-person event to provide free tax filings for veterans on Thursday, March 6 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

IRS-certified volunteers with the Butler Center for Community Resources will be providing free tax filings specifically for veterans who have a gross income of $60,000 or less.

It will be held at the Abie Abraham VA Health Care Center at 353 N. Duffy Road. Tax preparation will be done on a first come, first serve basis.
