Seneca Valley School District’s communications department earned 12 awards in the National School Public Relations Association’s 2024 Publications and Digital Media Contest and the Pennsylvania School Public Relations Association’s “Excellence in Education Communications” 2023-24 Contest.

The school district was recognized by the NSPRA for its 2023 annual report, “Reflecting on the Journey,” its 2023-24 activities and information calendar, “Cultivating Curiosity,” promotional videos and podcast. Additionally, the communications department received an Award of Merit for its SV “Voices” podcast and three honorable mentions for the SVIHS construction survey infographic, “SV Raider Pride” e-newsletter and celebratory video, “Happy Birthday, Rowan Elementary School!”

In PenSPRA’s contest, the Seneca Valley communications department earned four awards, including an Award of Honor for its celebratory video, “Happy Birthday, Rowan Elementary School!” and three Awards of Merit for the 2023-24 activities and information calendar, “Cultivating Curiosity,” “SV Raider Pride” e-newsletter and the “Inspire. Connect. Excel.” annual report.
