Federico Allen “Fred” Gregio, 68, of Butler, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, June 19, 2024.

Born April 10, 1956, in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was a son of the late Federico Allen Gregio and Maryann Latella.

He was a self-employed tattoo artist.

He enjoyed antiquing, and he was a talented craftsman who could fix and repair anything.

He is survived by five children, Erin Gregio, Veronica Gregio and her fiancé, Donovan Philpot, Fred Gregio and his wife, Rebecca, Tony Gregio and Blake Gregio; three brothers, Steve Gregio, Jimmy Gregio and his wife, Pam, and Marcus Gregio; and six grandchildren, Kylan, Elianna, Lorenzo, Meranda, Tyler and Christian.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Ronnie Gregio.

GREGIO — Services for Federico Allen “Fred” Gregio, who died Wednesday, June 19, 2024, were held privately at the convenience of the family.
