The state Department of Transportation has announced two road closures that will be going into effect next week in Butler County.

The ramps at the Route 422/356 interchange will close for repairs on an alternating basis from Monday, June 17 through Sunday, June 23. Closures will run from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. each day.

In addition, Lions Road will be closed from Tuesday, June 18 through the end of August, for a large-scale rehabilitation of the bridge structure.

Detour signs will be in place for both closures.
