Yarnot

On Thursday, May 23, 2024, Nancy Elizabeth Yarnot, 82, a resident of Northland Heights Senior Living, formerly of Butler, passed away.

She was the daughter of the late Anthony and Elizabeth Cegalis; beloved wife of 60 years to the late Bernard F. Yarnot; loving mother of Brennan Yarnot and Lorraine (Dr. Joseph) Krajekian; grandmother of Elizabeth Krajekian, U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Connor Yarnot and Allison Yarnot (a senior at Kent State); sister of John Cegalis; and mother-in-law of Joyce Yarnot.

Nancy was a loving wife and a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was employed at National City Bank in Avalon and was a proud member of the former Nativity Church Ladies Guild. She served as a Eucharistic minister for 15 years at Holy Sepulcher Church and had been a member of All Saints Parish while living in Butler.

YARNOT — Visitation for Nancy Elizabeth Yarnot, who died Thursday, May 23, 2024, will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at LAWRENCE T. MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 460 Lincoln Ave., Bellevue. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Regina Coeli Parish, Church of the Assumption, 45 N. Sprague Ave., Bellevue. Interment will be private at the Cemetery of the Alleghenies.

Memorial contributions in Nancy’s name may be made to any charity that supports veterans.
