PHOTOS: Pullman Park hosts rope access training certifications

Rock-N-Rescue conducted rope access training at Pullman Park stadium on Wednesday, May 22. Firefighters, ski patrol members and others came from New York, Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania came to earn their certification from SPRAT, the Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians.
Rope Access Technicians are used in different industries, including wind energy, telecommunications, structural inspection, geological work, ski resort operations and window washing.
Rope access techniques also have crossed over into public safety, and the industry has seen a rapid increase in fire rescue personnel and other safety professionals obtaining certification.
