The state Department of Transportation announced upcoming road maintenance for next week, beginning Monday, May 20.

In Connoquenessing and Franklin townships, shoulder cutting will be performed on Prospect Road and Country Lane Road.

Crews will conduct nighttime bridge cleaning in Center and Butler townships along Oneida Valley Road and New Castle Road.

Patching will be conducted along the following roads: Cruikshank Road in Middlesex Township, Three Degree Road running through Penn and Forward townships, the ramp from Interstate 79 northbound to Route 68 in Jackson Township, New Castle Road in Muddy Creek Township, Reibold Road in Forward Township and West Sunbury Road in Clay Township.

On Renfrew and Brownsdale roads in Penn Township, crews will perform drainage work.

The following roads will be mowed across several municipalities: New Castle Street, North Main Street and Euclid Road. Also, Route 8 and Parker Pike will undergo mowing and patching in multiple municipalities.
