Jeff was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy, with an honorable discharge in June 1974. Jeff knew someone everywhere he went. He was full of life, always smiling and laughing and always willing to help anyone. He loved to tinker and could build something out of nothing and solve any problem that he faced. Jeff, aka “Papa” or “Uncle Jeffy,” was loved by everyone who met him and will be dearly missed by his friends and family.
