Kozakovsky

Steve L. Kozakovsky, 74, of Valencia, passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born April 7, 1950, he was the son of Steve Kozakovsky and Mae E. Knochel Kozakovsky.

Steve worked as a manager for Penn Fencing in the vinyl shop. He was a member of Saxonburg VFW Post 7376. He enjoyed farming, playing cards and traveling to and watching NASCAR races.

Surviving are his stepson, David (Mindy) Nikolavich of Sarver and grandson, Keith; his siblings, George (Lynn) Kozakovsky of Connellsville, Rita Kozakovsky of Valencia, Mary (Matt) Kozakovsky of Kittanning, Florence (Bob) Pegher of Cadogan and Jean (John) Charlton of Valencia; as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Susan Kozakovsky, who died on Feb. 14, 2017; and one brother, John Kozakovsky.

KOZAKOVSKY — Friends of Steve L. Kozakovsky, who died Saturday, May 11, 2024, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at FOX FUNERAL HOME, Saxonburg.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home with the Rev. Nancy Zahn officiating.

Interment will follow in Lakewood Memorial Gardens.
