Bergbigler

Richard Edward Bergbigler, 74, of Eaton, Pa., left this earth peacefully on Monday, April 8, 2024. He was born Jan. 3, 1950, in Butler, to the late Harry and Lottie Bergbigler.

Richard is survived by his children, Sunshine (Lori) Neeley of Eaton, Joshua (Casey) Bergbigler of Montpelier, Ind., Justin Bergbigler of Eaton, Jeremy (Cortney) Bergbigler of Eaton, Menisa (Chris) Ream of Fredericksburg, Va., Jeanet Bergbigler of Camden and Eric Bergbigler of Eaton; brothers, John Bergbigler and Thomas Bergbigler, both of Butler; sister, Sherry Bergbigler of Butler; 14 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his furry companion, Scratch; and the mother of his children, Martha (Dave) Closey.

Along with his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his brother, Harry Bergbigler.

Richard proudly served 20 years in the United States Air Force and retired a senior master sergeant.
