The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced road maintenance activities for the week of Monday, April 22.

The week will see shoulder cutting on Prospect Road in Brady and Franklin Townships, pipe replacement on Renfrew Road in Penn Township, mowing intersections on Ben Franklin Road and patching on McCalmont Road in Butler Township, and pipe replacement on Shannon Road in Connoquenessing Township.

Shannon Road will be closed during daylight hours Tuesday, April 23, at 6 a.m. at the intersection of Camp Fatima Road and will be open only to local traffic, according to PennDOT.
