Brian T. Codispot

Codispot

In loving memory of Brian T. Codispot, 63, of Butler, a cherished father, grandfather, brother and friend, who passed away Thursday, April 18, 2024.

He was born in Butler on Nov. 27, 1960, and was the son to the late Janet and Joseph Codispot.

Brian always felt at home in the great outdoors, whether he was camping, hunting, fishing or stirring up his famous turtle soup. More than anything, he was an amazing dad. His children were the pride of his life, and he devoted himself to guiding, supporting and loving them. His grandchildren were the light of his life and he treasured every moment he spent with them. Brian’s passing leaves a void that can never be filled, but his spirit remains with us and his laughter echoes in the memories we hold dear.

He was the father of Shayla (Richard III) Ganci and Matthew and Jason Codispot; and brother of Diane McCandless and Gary (Debra) and Randy Codispot. He also is survived by his cherished friend, Mary Jo Coleman; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Aubrey, Jayla and Adalynn.
