Mawhinney

Coltin T. Mawhinney, 29, of Portersville, passed away Monday, April 15, 2024, at Butler Memorial Hospital following a short illness.

Born May 30, 1994, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Thomas E. Jr. and Shirley Richard Mawhinney.

Coltin had attended Slippery Rock High School and worked as a laborer for Desuta Concrete in Portersville. He loved making people laugh and will be remembered for his great sense of humor.

Survivors include his fiancée, Crystal Parker, and her daughter, Darrian Kolarik, of Portersville; two grandmothers, Marjorie Twentier Richard of Harmony and Kathryn Mawhinney of Bruin; two sisters, Brittany (Casey) Sandusky of Portersville and Britanny Lynn (Kyle) Dye of Lower Burrell; and his nephew, Zaiden.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Thomas E. Mawhinney Sr. and Richard Richard.

MAWHINNEY — A private memorial service for Coltin T. Mawhinney, who died Monday, April 15, 2024, will be held at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to MARSHALL FUNERAL HOME, Ellwood City.
