Nadolny

Sara E. (Gumbert) Nadolny, 98, of Lower Burrell, passed away on Friday, March 22, 2024.

She was born in Arnold to the late Albert and May Gumbert.

Sara worked in the cafeteria of Burrell High School and at PPG in Creighton, where she met her husband. She enjoyed playing bridge, euchre and penny ante poker. She enjoyed going to camp in Titusville.

Sara is survived by her children, Richard “Rick” Nadolny of Annapolis, Thomas “Tom” (Wendy Weimer) Nadolny of West Sunbury and Ronald “Ron” (Sharon) Nadolny of Allegheny Township; grandchildren, Mandy (Tony) Ditoto, Joshua (Sara) Nadolny, Danielle (Brian) Caldwell and Nicholas (Sherry) Nadolny; and great-grandchildren, Rachel Pierce, Chase Pierce, Madison Nadolny, Stella Nadolny, Emberly Caldwell, Asher Caldwell, Arayna Nadolny and Ruby Nadolny.

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard “Skip” Nadolny; her daughter-in-law, Debbie Nadolny; and sister, Agnes Sheftick.

NADOLNY — Private viewing and entombment will be held for the family of Sara E. (Gumbert) Nadolny, who died Friday, March 22, 2024.
