Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police department and district courts:

Adams Twp

Feb. 27 — Amanda L. Doerr, 30, of Valencia, was charged with five counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with hypodermic needles, suspected methamphetamine, suspected Lorazepam, a bong, empty stamp bags, needle caps and rubber bands.

Butler

Feb. 27 — Wayne A. Barry, 35, of Harrisville, was charged with misdemeanors tampering with evidence and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he threw a glass smoking pipe and broke it during a traffic stop.

Feb. 27 — Charles L. Paris, 37, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Police said he was seen driving a vehicle without permission.

Feb. 27 — Rae L. Holderman, 36, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said she removed $5 from a vehicle without permission.

Cranberry Twp

Feb. 28 — Elijah A. Dudiak-Pellaton, 31, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he punched someone in the face.

State police, Butler

Feb. 29 — Edwin F. Pratts Quiles, 77, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Dec. 18, 2023, on Bonniebrook Road, Jefferson Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.219%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Feb. 29 — Winston W. Lord Jr., 57, of Tarentum, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault and trespassing and two counts of summary harassment. Police said he punched someone and was on a property were he was asked not to return.

Feb. 28 — Kaiir J. Bazemore, 30, of Butler, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement. Police said he answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Rural King in Center Township.

Feb. 27 — Lucas J. Pry, 22, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Feb. 25 on Blossom Drive, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.112%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Feb. 27 — Steven D. Nevel, 25, of West Sunbury, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after crashing his vehicle Sept. 16, 2023, on North Washington Road, Washington Township. Police said a blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.174%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Feb. 27 — Weston O. Dickey, 20, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Route 422, Summit Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later blood test showed traces of THC in his system.

Feb. 27 — Kelsey B. Carter, 31, of Prospect, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with empty stamp bags, a plastic straw and suspected methamphetamine.

Feb. 27 — Clint E. Nagle, 39, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped him on Route 8, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later blood test showed traces of methamphetamine, Xylazine, fentanyl and bromazolam in his system. Police said empty stamp bags, a glass smoking pipe, a suspected THC vape and suspected marijuana were also found in his vehicle.

Zelienople

Feb. 28 — Ashley M. Piasecki, 42, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanors resisting arrest and false identification to an officer and summary public drunkenness. Police said she refused to give her name to officers after causing a disturbance.
