The Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber of Commerce announced applications are now open for its educational foundation’s college and trade school scholarships.

The college scholarship is worth $1,000 while the trade school scholarship is worth $500.

Any Pennsylvania high school senior who is graduating this spring and plans to attend a four-year college or university qualifies for the college scholarship, and the trade school scholarship is open to any graduating high school senior in the state, or an adult who is looking for a career change.

The deadline for the college scholarship is April 15, while the trade school scholarship is distributed on rolling basis, meaning there is no deadline and multiple scholarships may be given out depending on funds available by the chamber.
