Seneca Valley seniors Lucas Boyle, Alexander Kim and Shivani Umesh have advanced to the finalist round of the National Merit Scholarship.

According to Seneca Valley Senior High School principal Bob Ceh, the three students have placed among the top 15,000 high school seniors nationwide in the 69th Annual National Merit Scholarship Program held by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation.

At the next level of the program, the seniors will have the opportunity to earn National Merit Scholarships and the Merit Scholar title.
