Knoch downs Indiana on Senior Night

Jackson Bauman scored 18 points and Teegan Finucan added 13 on Friday night as Knoch defeated Indiana, 51-41, on Senior Night.

The Knights honored boys basketball seniors Jacob Fox and Zarian Finucan before the game. Already having clinched a WPIAL playoff berth, Knoch will host section rival Hampton on Tuesday night.

Punxsutawney 48, Moniteau 43 — Andrew Zepeda and Chason Rugg both scored in the double-figures for the Warriors, who led by one at the midway point and were tied going into the final frame.

Pine-Richland 42, North Catholic 34 — Without senior standout Alayna Rocco, North Catholic fell to non-confernce opponent Pine-Richland, 42-34, Saturday.

Freshman Brady Wehner bucketed a team-high 14 points for the Trojanettes (13-6), but the defeat snapped a three-game winning streak.
