Patricia Skander

Skander

Patricia L. Ebert Skander, 77, of Seven Fields, passed away Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024, in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born on Sept. 8, 1947, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter to Helen Green Ebert and George Ebert. Patricia was a loving daughter and sister. She obtained her associate degree and completed schooling at the career academy in Washington, D.C., for nursing, eventually becoming a medical assistant. A career change set her as the bank manager of the Citizens National Bank in Cranberry Township.

Patricia loved going on trips with her late husband. Her passion for baking pies and love for cooking meals for her family kept her busy. She could always be found outside gardening and filling her hummingbird feeders in the accompaniment and chaos of her loving dogs.

Surviving are her two daughters, Brenda Mazinski (Jason) of Seven Fields and Chris Lee (Paul) of Sarver; three grandchildren, Emily Mazinski (Matthew Schoolcraft) of Seven Fields, and Shawna and J.T Brink of Butler; three siblings, Janet Handleton (Bob) of Poolesville, Md., George Ebert, of Zion, Ill., and Helen Joan Fulmer of Butler; and eight nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Skander, whom she married May 22, 2010, and a brother, Ralph Ebert, of Las Vegas, Nev.

SKANDER — In honor of her wishes, there will be no memorial or services for Patricia L. Ebert Skander, who died Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024.

Arrangements are under the direction of MCDONALD-AEBERLI FUNERAL HOME, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars, Pa.
