Police Reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
Nov. 23 — Garrick J. Marshman, 29, of Braddock, was charged with felonies criminal trespassing and contraband and misdemeanors resisting arrest, loitering and drug possession in two separate cases. Police said he attempted to enter a home without permission and was found with a small bag of suspected methamphetamine. When processed at Butler County Prison, he was found with 13 stamp bags of suspected heroin, suspected crack cocaine and $702, police said.
Nov. 27 — Andrew J. Moser, 37, of Butler, was charged with furnishing drug free urine. Police said he concealed the urine sample in his sleeve.
Nov. 25 — Maria T. Esteban, 59, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage after a crash Nov. 11 on Route 19. Police said she failed to exchange information.
Nov. 22 — Diamondnique N. Blakney, 23, of New Kensington, was charged with felony conspiracy and misdemeanor theft. Police said she left Target with $603 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
Nov. 27 — David B. Silberger, 58, of Saxonburg, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Nov. 24 on Deer Creek Road. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.213%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Nov. 28 — Joshua P. Sasse, 36, of Fenelton, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Nov. 25 on Route 422, Clearfield Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.151%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Nov. 28 — Brittany N. Powers, 28, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanors false identification to police and drug possession. Police said she was found with a glass smoking pipe and suspected crack cocaine, and gave a false name to officers.
Nov. 28 — Joyce F. Watt, 62, of Prospect, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after a crash July 26 on Route 422, Connoquenessing Township. Police said she showed signs of impairment and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.113%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Nov. 28 — Ralph A. Brown, 51, of Parker, was charged with misdemeanor false report. Police said he falsely accused someone of stealing his vehicle.
Nov. 28 — Alexander D. Stanton, 22, of Portersville, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with a THC vape and four jars of suspected marijuana.
Nov. 28 — Paige E. Hostrander, 25, of Cabot, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after crashing her vehicle on Herman Road, Clearfield Township. Police said she showed signs of impairment, and a later breath test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.145%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Nov. 27 — Dakota J. Biondo, 26, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanors DUI, simple assault and summaries harassment, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Police said he drove to a home while intoxicated, and hit someone’s phone out of their hand.
Nov. 27 — Tyrone R. Hilliard, 33, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI, child endangerment, possession of an offensive weapon and drug possession after police stopped him Nov. 22 on Route 8, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a THC vaping device and brass knuckles were found in his vehicle. Two juveniles were also in the vehicle, police said.
Nov. 27 — Charity L. Buczkowski, 47, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor trespassing. Police said she drove through someone’s lawn.
Nov. 27 — Jami N. Ciencin, 47, of Canonsburg, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her on Interstate 79, Worth Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of fentanyl in her system.
Nov. 26 — Bradley T. Posey, 39, of Mars, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Sept. 24 on Interstate 79, Jackson Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.125%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Nov. 25 — Jacob G. Trufley, 31, of Parker, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Police said he caused a disturbance in Worth Township.
Nov. 24 — Mark P. McElravey, 41, of Evans City, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Oct. 30 on Evans City Road, Connoquenessing Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.268%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Nov. 24 — Matthew D. Chill, 40, of Butler, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after crashing his vehicle Oct. 30 on Brownsdale Road, Forward Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.07% with traces of Lorazepam, Clonazepam and THC.
